- Road Closures for May 21, 2026 - Rotterdam Memorial Day Parade - TOWN OF ROTTERDAM - ROAD CLOSURES – MEMORIAL DAY PARADE MAY 21, 2026 Please be advised that temporary road closures will be in effect on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from approximately 6:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m. in connection with the Town of Rotterdam Memorial Day Parade. The following areas will be affected: • Curry Road from Mohonasen High School through Sunrise Boulevard • Sunrise Boulevard and surrounding streets in the vicinity of Town Hall, 1100 Sunrise Blvd. • All major intersections and secondary side streets along the parade route will be closed and barricaded for public safety purposes. Local traffic will be permitted when safe to do so. Residents and motorists are asked to comply with all directions provided by Traffic Safety Officers and posted barricades. Please note: • The Town Hall parking lot will be closed to the public and inaccessible during the event. • Side street parking will be permitted; however, vehicles may not block driveways or fire hydrants. The Town of Rotterdam appreciates the public’s cooperation and patience as we honor and remember our veterans during this annual community event.
